LIFT is a ministry where women can get together to share their joys and concerns, discuss their struggles and aspirations, contemplate faith issues, and pray with each other. In our meetings, we strive to “lift” each other up, listening and sharing with compassion, confidentiality, and faith. Meetings are held online, using Zoom, the first Tuesday of every month starting at 7:00 p.m. Any woman of Sacred Heart Church, age 18 or older, is welcome and encouraged to attend.
