In November 2013 two women, who were members of Sacred Heart Parish Pastoral Council, believed there should be a group wherein the women of the parish could come together to simply enjoy fellowship with one another and share their faith.  As a result, the women’s ministry known as LIFT (Ladies in Fellowship Together) came into being.

At the time, other organization already existed to provide service, bible study, prayer groups, social focus, etc., LIFT became a ministry where women could get together to share their joys and concerns, discuss their struggles and aspirations, contemplate faith issues, and pray with each other.

In our meetings, we strive to “life” each other up, listening and sharing with compassion, confidentiality, and faith.  Meetings are held online using Zoom, the first Tuesday of every month at 7PM, allowing ease of access from any location, in all kinds of weather, and alleviating other in-person issues – such as health concerns.

Any woman of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, age 18 or older, is welcome and encouraged to participate.  Give it a try!  There are no obligations, and no preparation is required.
