OCIA (formerly referred to as RCIA)
Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA – formerly referred to as the RCIA [Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults]) is a process for becoming a Roman Catholic for adults who have not been baptized, or who have been validly baptized into another Christian tradition. This journey into the Catholic faith takes a number of months and is not confined to a particular time of the year. Please contact Fr. Trask for more information.
For those participating in the 2025-2026 OCIA process, we’ll be journeying via a combination of in-person and on-line processes; the online serving as seed-material for the discussions and conversations that will take place in-person.
